Project Overview

Not all of my projects are digital. In 2017 I spent a weekend learning how to make cheese. I started by producing a small batch of fresh ricotta using whole milk and lemon juice, then used the leftover whey to cook down a caramelised Norwegian brunost. Delicious and simple, highly recommend it.
